Regarding the non-goal "blame finding" -> which area has as its goal "blame finding"? When I see for the umpteenth time that a developer has not tested his code even once, I want to break his / her skull. What part of Quality Management is that? And is there even such a thing in these times, with every company out there more worried about losing "good" people than improving their quality?
